AppDynamics - Docker Restart - ServiceNow Trigger

This process will perform a Docker restart for the environment monitored by AppDynamics, using AppDynamics monitoring as the trigger and confirmation mechanism. The process starts when a AppDynamics alert, and its accompanying details, are received within Resolve Express. Once the workflow is trigged, a ServiceNow ticket is created to capture and log all of the process details, check all the tiers on AppDynamics, get the container name, and start the Container with SSH activities, as well as close the AppDynamics Event and ServiceNow ticket.

Once the workflow is trigged Freshdesk ticket is created to log all the details, check all the tiers on AppDynamics get the container name, and start the Container with SSH activities and close the AppDynamics Event and Close Freshdesk ticket with all the details.
