Product Manager

USA - Remote

As a Product Manager, this position will grow our vision to unleash the power of automation in every organization. This role will focus on problems facing our customers and work to build solutions to help them in their journey by building a roadmap to further drive innovation, delivering our customers an easy to use, robust platform to solve their needs.

The successful candidate a Product Manager who is curious, driven, and customer-obsessed, with a history in Network Operations. This role will be highly collaborative, working with product mangers, customers, sales, designers, engineers, and marketers. The candidate should have technical understanding, customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills.

  • Work with Product Management team to understand the customer experience to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Facilitate an understanding of product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps
  • Prioritize and scope strategic work based on customer and business impact
  • Drive product launches working with the marketing team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product training
  • Serve as product expert and be the go-to-person for developers who have questions
  • Host product demos and webinars related to product architecture and new features
  • Understand market trends and develop competitive analysis on a regular basis

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in Network Operations/Network Engineering
  • Experience working with cross functional team to plan/deliver strategic outcomes
  • Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience working autonomously, leading cross-functional teams distributed across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Strong base of knowledge around technical development processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working in/with product management (preferred, but not necessary)
  • B2B software experience (preferred, but not necessary)
  • Experience in enterprise software development (preferred, but not necessary)
