Regional Sales Manager

Remote - USA

Resolve is looking for self-motivated, high energy regional sales managers with a passion for helping customers achieve their digital transformation and IT automation goals. Successful applicants will run sales activity for a given region coordinating with their allocated sales development rep, and sales engineer to grow existing accounts and bring new logos to their region.

As the regional sales manager, you will be tasked with directing Resolves various sales plays across multiple verticals and states, responsible for new business acquisition as well as retaining and growing the existing customer base in a given region. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced scale up software companies and well versed in selling to the enterprise and in particular IT.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand Resolves value proposition and be able to position with target customers in your region
  • Work closely with assigned SDR and SE and direct activity across prospecting, discovery, presentations, POC and closing of business
  • Develop rapport with existing customer base, and ensure Resolve is continuing to add value
  • Develop a targeting prospecting plan in conjunction with marketing to ensure successful pipeline growth
  • Provide accurate forecasting of business in your region , and understand if corporate positioning is working or needs to be altered to achieve goals
  • Deliver on increasing revenue within your region through existing customer growth and new customer acquisition
  • Collaborate companywide across sales peers/ leadership, sales engineering, marketing, and product functions

Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven sales experience and ability to exceed quota with at least 6 years of sales experiences, of which 4 years should be selling software solutions to large enterprises
  • Ability to quickly understand and convey business value of enterprise solutions
  • Proven experience across prospecting, qualification, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability of closing new business opportunities, building long term account management, renewal sales and consultative selling
  • Ability to build pipeline through existing network without having to rely solely on inbound leads or marketing activity
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Experience selling to Telco, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas all a plus
  • Preferably versed in selling IT automation software, and or ITSM solutions, however, we will still consider candidates that have experience selling other enterprise software solutions
