Resolve Systems, the global leader in accelerating incident resolution for IT operations, network operations, and customer care centers, today announced it has appointed Tim Simeonov as Vice President of Engineering.

In this role, Simeonov will be responsible for managing Resolve’s skilled engineering staff and guiding the company’s technological development. Simeonov joins Resolve from his most recent position as Senior Director of Engineering at Local Corporation, a global mobile search and ad technology company where he led the data and engineering teams.

Prior to joining Local Corporation, Simeonov spent four years as Director of IT at Express Scripts, a multi-billion dollar full-service pharmacy benefit company where he spearheaded a multi-year modernization project realizing more than 27 million in business benefit. His career also includes technology leadership roles at Empire BlueCross BlueShield, where he led the web portal team and Royal Caribbean, where he led the web team.

Simeonov holds a B.S.
