Senior Software Engineer, Dev (Full-Stack C# NET)

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

Works on the design and implementation of the Resolve products as a part of a software development team working in collaboration with product management and quality assurance. Analyzes product requirements, creates functional and design specifications, develops and supports the code base. Works under regular supervision from a team lead.

  • Participates fully in the Agile Development process. Work closely with Product and QA to clear requirements and deliver high-quality product in a timely manner
  • Implements development tasks with up to high complexity
  • Performs code reviews
  • Writes Unit Tests
  • Follows and enforces the established development practices
  • Helps with documentation creation when necessary

QA Automation

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

The Automation QA is responsible for validating new stories and for creating automation tests for the product, using different testing frameworks – UI, HTTP Rest, Visual Difference, etc. QAs participate fully in the Agile Development process.

  • Design test cases
  • Manually validate and verify new stories
  • Develop automated tests. Regularly verify and maintain them
  • Find and report defects
  • Work closely with other people in the engineering and product teams, in order to deliver high quality products in a timely manner

Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

Design, build and maintain the CI / CD framework used for developing and delivering the Resolve products. Maintain and improve the current infrastructure, used by the engineering teams. Use coding to automate, speed-up and make the operations tasks more reliable. Work closely with engineering teams to understand the current and future needs, pain-points and priorities and plan accordingly. Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand the customer needs in regards to product and operations.

  • Work closely with engineering team to establish and maintain good CI / CD processes
  • Monitor and maintain the current virtual infrastructure and provide new nodes on demand
  • Automate the provisioning and setup of virtual infrastructure

UX Designer

Location: US

As UX Designer, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities to enhance our products to drive growth in our business. We are looking for someone that is customer obsessed and can bring the voice of the customer into the organization. You will do research, iteratively test concepts, and craft innovative strategies to solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer research activities from early discovery interviewing through solution validation
  • Translate complex technical workflows and use cases into elegant user experiences
  • Pull cross-business stakeholders into the design process engaging the full team so that design work is aligned to business needs and is technical feasibility
  • Package and translate learnings from research into consumable vignettes to enable others in R&D to learn with you
  • Build prototypes, run tests, and iterate with users to reduce risk and ship products that solve real problems.
  • Maintain a vocabulary of effective user interface patterns and practices for enterprise software
  • Maintain sufficient expertise in the technical underpinnings of our products
  • Build repeatable design processes and methods
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design for enterprise-grade web applications or services, with a portfolio demonstrating this experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in Journey Mapping and Service Blueprinting
  • Experience with complex information architecture that spans products
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Keen interest in telling compelling design stories to a broad array of internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Product Manager

Location: US

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities to grow our business through product development. You will do research and deeply understand the needs of the customer and use that knowledge to design solutions that will move the needle on key business metrics. You will be the connective tissue that stitches together the different parts of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance to understand the implications of different product strategies and trade-offs
  • Facilitate the design process to ensure our solutions are customer-centered and aligned to our business objectives
  • Build the business case and define the leading and lagging indicators of success for a given feature/initiative
  • Collaborate with the TPMs and dev teams to plan features/initiatives into quarterly plans
  • Gather quantitative and qualitative data to drive your strategy and decision making process
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Partner with key stakeholders to bring products to market (Product Marketing, Partners, Sales, etc.)
  • Work directly with customers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into product designs

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager

Full Stack Developer

Location: US

Responsibilities

  • Participates fully in the Agile Development process. Work closely with Product and QA to clear requirements and deliver high-quality product in a timely manner
  • Implements development tasks with up to high complexity
  • Performs code reviews
  • Works with Support and Sales team to ensure they are handling the issues in the field appropriately.
  • Follows and enforces the established development practices
  • Helps with documentation creation when necessary

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience programming with either Java and/or Python for server applications on Linux
  • 4+ years experience with multithreaded programming
  • 2+ years experience in coding for deployment tools like Chef or Ansible
  • Experience with Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript and CSS is a plus
  • Experience with ElasticSearch is a plus
  • Experience working with relational DBs like MySQL or Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in design patterns and good coding practices
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment processes experience
  • Practice with Scrum framework
