Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in launching, analyzing, and tweaking digital campaigns to ensure peak performance, specifically in the B2B SaaS space. You will be primarily responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth through various digital channels and campaigns, including ads, sponsored content, content syndication, and more. You thrive on connecting the dots using data and creatively delivering campaigns that attract and resonate the right audience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution for planning, implementing, measuring, and optimizing, integrated paid campaigns to drive demand. You’ll be comfortable across several channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, etc.
  • Analyze performance to provide recommendations and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Execute campaigns and manage campaign performance, including account setup, management, optimization, and audits across major advertising engines, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, 6sense, Twitter, Twitter/Facebook community management, Retargeting, and Content Syndication.
  • Monitor campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, and leads. Test strategies and messaging on a weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Use strategic, analytical, agile, digital skills to help us achieve our demand generation goals, with a close eye on optimization. Make specific recommendations supported by metrics.
  • Create reports to measure campaign performance and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of paid digital media experience in B2B SaaS; experience targeting IT audiences is a plus.
  • Extremely strong analytical skills and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance.
  • Very curious and always looking to dive deeper into what the data is telling you.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling messaging for different audiences and digital channels.

Regional Sales Director

Location: Remote US

Resolve is looking for self-motivated, high energy regional sales leaders with a passion for helping customers achieve their digital transformation and IT automation goals. Successful applicants will lead sales activity for a given region coordinating with their allocated sales development rep, and sales engineer to grow existing accounts and bring new logos to their region.

As the leader for your assigned region, you will be tasked with directing Resolve's various sales plays across multiple verticals and states, responsible for new business acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced scale up software companies and well versed in selling to the enterprise and in particular IT.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand Resolve's value proposition and be able to position with target customers in your region
  • Work closely with assigned SDR and SE and direct activity across prospecting, discovery, presentations, POC, and closing of business
  • Develop rapport with existing customer base, and ensure Resolve is continuing to add value
  • Develop a targeting prospecting plan in conjunction with marketing to ensure successful pipeline growth
  • Provide accurate forecasting of business in your region, and understand if corporate positioning is working or needs to be altered to achieve goals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience and ability to exceed quota with at least 10 years of sales experiences, of which 6 years should be selling software solutions to large enterprises
  • Ability to quickly understand and convey business value of enterprise solutions
  • Proven experience across prospecting, qualification, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability of closing new business opportunities, building long term account management, renewal sales and consultative selling
  • Ability to build pipeline through existing network without having to rely solely on inbound leads or marketing activity
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Experience selling to Telco, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas all a plus

Technical Product Manager

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the Product Management and R&D departments to ensure that features get developed according to customer needs.

The successful candidate is an experienced Software Engineer or System Engineer who has a background as a product owner and experience with system architecture and is customer- and business-oriented. The candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into deep technical ones.

QA Automation

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

The Automation QA is responsible for validating new stories and for creating automation tests for the product, using different testing frameworks – UI, HTTP Rest, Visual Difference, etc. QAs participate fully in the Agile Development process.

  • Develop automated tests. Regularly verify and maintain them

Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

Design, build and maintain the CI / CD framework used for developing and delivering the Resolve products. Maintain and improve the current infrastructure, used by the engineering teams. Use coding to automate, speed-up and make the operations tasks more reliable. Work closely with engineering teams to understand the current and future needs, pain-points and priorities and plan accordingly. Senior Technical Writer

Location: SOFIA Bulgaria

As a Resolve Technical Writer, you will take an active part in reshaping the product documentation into a lean, fast, flexible, and user focused self-service resource. We are looking for someone who can self-dependently play champion for the user and successfully bridge the in-company engineering knowledge with the user’s expectations.

You will be creating various information resources such as text-based documentation, graphical content, API references, and storyboards for videos, as well as contributing text for UX and other roles.

Responsibilities

  • Understand highly technical product features targeting administrators and developers
  • Use a wide range of information sources, including internal documentation, wireframes, user stories, bug reports, code comments, and direct communication with SMEs around the globe
  • Develop and publish technical content based on the collected information
  • Ensure the content’s accuracy hands-on against pre-release software versions
  • Work with Support to address customer pain points
  • Work with PM to understand and give feedback on planned features and strategic directions
  • Work with UX to ensure that all products and features use consistent terminology and correct English

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a technical writer
