A lot of organizations have sales kickoffs. But only Resolve has an SKO that packs a geo-seeking bowl, groundbreaking thought leadership, snow sightings in Florida, and a sneak peek of what's next for the world's greatest process automation platform into just three days.
This SKO was a chance not "just" to see where we've been and where we're going, but to have some fun along the way. We took a fresh look at our groundbreaking technology, but we also got to hear our customers' thoughts and feedback. We sharpened not just our sales pitches, but our ability to differentiate a street corner in Argentina from one in Japan.
Most of all, we had the chance to come together as a team, freshen up on all the amazing things we do for our customers, and unite around this year's theme: keeping our eyes on the prize, and focusing today to win tomorrow.
So, without further ado, here's your official 2025 Resolve SKO breakdown!
Day One: Team Competition and Customer Perspectives
Reviewing our tech and our core values is important for SKO, but so is figuring out how proficient you are at spotting a Parisian museum!
We kicked our event off by divvying ourselves up into random teams and competing for the top spot in a geo-seeking tournament. The competition was fierce, but one team managed to pull away with a perfect score.
Must've just gotten lucky.
That team activity brought everyone together for our next, very important event: hearing from customers. Two of our clients were kind enough to hop onto the call and give their two cents on what they love about Resolve.
The first shared that our platform is great not ‘just' for quickly solving tasks, but also for quickly producing ROI and being a valuable partner in the automation maturity journey! The second client spoke to our ability to automate countless tasks. They also mentioned how user-friendly Resolve is, which helped them master the basics "in a day."
This feedback was helpful for understanding customers' take on Resolve, but it also highlighted something more holistic: our ability to meaningfully elevate human experiences and, ultimately, make everyone's lives easier.
That element of humanity took center stage and drove discussions about everything from the importance of responsibility ownership and honest disagreement to being consistently focused (three of our core values).
Day Two: Seinfeld, Game of Thrones, and Proofs of Concept
In that order.
On day one, our team activity revolved around being coordinated and eagle-eyed; day two began with something a bit more comical, incorporating legendary TV quips into a Resolve sales pitch.
Mixing the phrase "you know nothing, Jon Snow" with Resolve Actions might not have been on anyone's SKO Bingo card, but that didn't stop the Game of Thrones team from clinching first place.
When you play the game of AI-powered process automation, you win, or you ... have a much harder time responding to tickets.
Next, CEO Sean Heuer took the team through our financial journey, our revenue goals, and our determination to make 2025 a year for the record books. We've come a long way, and if we stay focused on both delivering exceptional service and demonstrating our groundbreaking capabilities, there's no doubt that Resolve and our customers will absolutely crush it this year.
Finally, we wrapped day two up with an overview of who uses Resolve and how we show them the sheer power of Resolve technology. This was an especially great chance for new team members to see this crucial process in action, and learn more about why clients appreciate our ability to integrate seamlessly with existing tech stacks and IT ecosystems.
Did I mention that another of our core values is being absolutely obsessed with automation? Because that certainly came up a lot, too!
Day Three: Pitches, Telcos, and Content
The last day of Resolve's 2025 SKO began much like the second one: pitching our capabilities and ensuring that everyone across all our teams had brushed up on what it means to be Resolve.
This time, our COO and our HR director brushed off their acting chops and role-played as prospective customers. Each of the three pitching teams took a slightly different tack to showcasing our platform, but that only added more perspective to why Resolve is a leader in our vertical!
Next up, we spent some time reviewing our strength in the telco space. Our solution is applicable to companies in many different sectors, but this discussion entailed telco digitization, goals, efficiencies, and how Resolve factors into it all.
Finally, we spent some time studying Resolve Insights and what sets it apart from the competition. We reviewed its ability to identify many devices on few discovery parameters, update CMDB in real time, and much more.
Taking a closer look at Resolve Insights highlighted the importance of a few more core values: our commitment to raising the bar and our bias for quick action. Insights helps our customers achieve both!
We've Come a Long Way; The Road Ahead Looks Bright!
We covered a lot of stuff in just three days: our market-smashing capabilities, the reasons our clients love us, what's next for our technology, and perhaps most importantly, how to weave a Seinfeld quote into an elevator pitch.
Resolve has come a long way, and we've positioned ourselves to go even further by continuing to innovate and continuing to revolutionize what process automation looks like. We're thrilled that you're along for the ride; here's to a great SKO and a great 2025!
