CAMPBELL, Calif. (Sept. 26, 2023) — Resolve Systems®, the leading intelligent IT automation software vendor, today announced that Gartner recognized the company in its Hype Cycle for I&O Automation, 2023 report, in the Service Orchestration and Automation Platform (SOAP) category.
Developed by expert analysts, the Gartner Hype Cycle for I&O Automation report “will help I&O leaders looking to deliver efficiencies and innovations, upskill staff, and optimize costs and value.”

According to the report, “Automation is the engine that accelerates delivery of value. I&O leaders must view automation as a core capability that optimizes performance and enables velocity and efficiency as they embrace the overarching trends of programmable infrastructure, hybrid infrastructure and platform approaches to operations.”
