We’re seeking a hands-on Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing to architect and execute the programs that fuel Resolve’s pipeline and revenue engine. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of GTM strategy, full-funnel execution, and data-driven optimization. You will own the execution of integrated campaigns across events, webinars, partner co-marketing, and lifecycle programs targeted towards enterprise IT and Network audiences navigating AI-driven automation. This role will be a key driver of pipeline creation as Resolve creates the autonomous enterprise powered by agentic AI and orchestration.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation execution for enterprise buyers, architecting programs across events, webinars, partner co-marketing, and digital channels that drive qualified pipeline for Resolve’s agentic automation platform.
  • Plan and execute high-impact events and webinars that educate the market on agentic automation, showcase customer outcomes, and convert interest into opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the SDR team and Sales leadership to align lead management processes, optimize follow-up workflows, and ensure pipeline targets and conversion metrics are met.
  • Develop and run partner co-marketing initiatives with technology and channel partners, including joint webinars, field events, content, and integrated demand campaigns.
  • Use data to guide strategic decisions, leveraging CRM insights, attribution models, funnel analytics, and experimentation to continually optimize ROI.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 5-7+ years in a B2B demand generation role
  • Deep experience running high-impact events and webinars, including content development, audience acquisition, promotion, production, and post-event conversion workflows.
  • Experience with partner co-marketing, including joint campaigns, co-hosted events, content collaboration, and expansion of partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT buying cycles, including multi-stakeholder evaluation, technical validation, and category education motions.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • AI-forward mindset and proficiency using AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, personalization, testing, and workflow automation.
