We are super excited this week to celebrate not just one but two major accolades: winning a Gold Stevie Award and achieving the highest ranking in every category of EMA’s new AIOps Radar Report.
Resolve won the Gold Stevie in the Digital Process Automation Business Technology Solution category, which recognizes the best solutions for automating complex workflows and digital business processes. The Stevies are part of the Annual International Business Awards (IBAs), the world’s premier business awards program. Resolve was one of more than 3,800 nominations in this year’s IBAs.
The Stevie’s judges called Resolve “A true game changer platform,” and they were impressed by Resolve’s position “at the forefront of cutting-edge technology,” adding that, “the value provided to organizations is commendable.”
And if winning Gold wasn't enough good news for the week, EMA’s AIOps Radar Report distinguished Resolve as the only vendor to achieve “Value Leader” status in all three use cases evaluated. The core AIOps use cases the report assessed were Incident, Performance and Availability Management; Change Impact and Capacity Optimization; and Business Impact and IT-to-Business Alignment. We were recognized as a leader in all three areas largely from our singular combination of a robust AIOps solution, Resolve Insights, paired with an enterprise-class automation solution, Resolve Actions.
The report also highlighted the richness of Resolve’s dependency mapping, breadth of AI/ML analytics, and more than 100 integrations.
Being recognized for excellence in both our automation and AIOps solutions is a tremendous accomplishment, and we couldn’t be prouder!
